I studied the profession in my father’s laboratory between 1968 and 1970 as a dental technician apprentice, after which I successfully passed the examination. After that I worked here, and then in February 1972 I continued my studies in the dental technology laboratory of SOTE (Semmelweiss Medical University).

  • I earned Mastership in 1974.
  • I held my first presentation at the Scientific Presentation series of KIOSZ (National Association of Artisans) in 1975.
  • I represented SOTE (Semmelweiss Medical University) at their annual congress in Switzerland on a business trip in 1976.
  • I became independent in the family lab in Andrássy Square in 1977.
  • I took on the examination of apprentices in 1978 and have continued to actively do so ever since.
  • I have been teaching apprentices in the lab since 1978.
  • My lab was the first private lab to work with ceramic and gold-fused ceramic.
  • Presentation at the Scientific Forum of KIOSZ (National Association of Artisans) in 1980.
  • Member of the Mastership Exam Committee since 1980.
  • Member of KIOSZ (National Association of Artisans) Dental Technology Trade Committee since 1982.

  • I became president of the Trade Committee in 1986.

  • I was among the founders of the National Trade Association of Dental Technicians in 1990.
  • I was among the organisers and presenters of the Imre Földvári Scientific Congress in 1990.
  • I wrote a “Professional Skills Textbook” for dental technician apprentices in 1991.
  • I have been chairing dental technician examinations since 1992.
  • Presentation at the Imre Földvári Scientific Congress in 1993.
  • Being the President of the Trade Committee, we laid new foundations for the congress in 1995.
  • I took over the editor-in-chief position of the Dental Technology Review in 1995.
  • I was elected as President of the National Trade Association of Dental Technicians in 1996.
  • I have represented Hungary in the FEPPD (Federation of European and International Dental Technicians) since 1997.
  • Presentation at the Imre Földvári Scientific Congress in 1998.
  • I was re-elected as president in 2000.
  • Member in IPOSZ (National Federation of Trade Associations) Management Board between 2000 and 2004.
  • Introducing the CAD-CAM technology in 2002.
  • I won the jury’s price at the Dental Lab Gold Paralelometer professional competition at IDS in Cologne in 2004.
  • I was re-elected as President of the National Trade Association of Dental Technicians in 2004.
  • Introducing the Eclipse technology in 2008.
  • I was re-elected as President of the National Trade Association of Dental Technicians in 2009.
  • I became a Licentiate/Odontologist in 2010.
